Beyond Freedom

It's very powerful 90-day program. Your success in this business is in direct proportion with your

personal development efforts and accomplishments. Look around you - everything you have right

now in your life is a direct consequence of the thoughts you hold in your mind. Want to change

your environment? -- YOU must first change the way YOU think!

There are 3 parts to the Beyond Freedom:

DVD, CD and Journaling

For the next 90 days you want to go on a media fast. That is right - NO MEDIA for 90 days: NO

TV, NO NEWSPAPERS, NO MOVIES, NO RADIO. Being exposed or, for some of you,

overexposed to the media forces you to REACT to circumstances of life around you rather than to

CREATE the life you want.

Allow yourself to fill up your mind with the positive information. Very soon it will start shaping your

life.

DVD

In the morning instead of watching the news -- watch the BF DVD. Do it while you are getting

ready for work or getting the kids off to school. After a couple of weeks you may want to add more

DVDs to your collection. You can find many personal development authors who have there own

DVDs. My favorites are: Wayne Dyer and Bob Proctor.

A wonderful documentary on the power of your mind is "What the Bleep Do We Know Anyway".

You should get a copy of it. If you don't want to purchase it -- go to your local Library and watch it

there.

At the Library you will also find The History Channel Documentary on extraordinary people in

American history.

Every morning you will be charged with positive images that you can reflect on for the rest of the

day. When you are ready to prospect, these images that have been with you all day will inevitably

have a positive impact on your vibration.

CDs

While driving, instead of listening to the radio, play your CDs. Listen to them again and again. For

the next 90 days pretend that your car has no radio. While at home, instead of listening to music

to relax, start filling your mind with positive messages. The CDs will give you a better

understanding of how your mind works. After listening to these CDs for a couple of weeks, you

will begin to understand how your mind functions. You will begin to see your limiting beliefs. This

is important information. Do not get discouraged by what you find about yourself - your life begins

right now and the opportunity to take action is right now. The more you learn about your mind and

the way it works - the more power and freedom you will have in creating the future you desire for

yourself. You will begin to see that by choosing your thoughts you are choosing your future.

You also want to add other personal development CDs to your CD collection. Go to your local

book store. There should be an Audio Library within a Personal Development Section.

At first you may find this difficult. Don't quit! You will start reshaping your thoughts and what you

once thought to be impossible - you will now find possible. Remember, your mind doesn't know

the difference between what is real and what is imaginary. YOU WILL SEE THE DEEPEST

DESIRES TO BECOME REALITY. The key is to reshape your thoughts!

Journaling

I find that this is the most overlooked section of Beyond Freedom. When I talk to associates and

ask them where they are in their Beyond Freedom program, a great majority of them say: "I

watched the DVD once. And I listen to the CDs."

Journaling is crucial to your personal development and to your success at LLI. I have not heard of

one person who succeeded in their goals without taking on a daily journaling.

The goal of journaling is to open up pathways into your future. What do I mean by pathways into

your future? We all have things that have happened in our past that we hold on to: Business has

gone bad, Debt, Divorce, Betrayal, etc. You want to journal about them. You want to write and

write until even you will start relating to them as to the stories from your past rather than

something real. Stop writing only when you do not feel any emotional attachment to those stories

- you should relate to them just like you relate to the fact that it rained last fall. And when it's out

of your system you will start to see a new opportunity. These are what I call pathways.

You will continue to be governed by things that happen in your past until you complete with them.

Journaling gives you that access TO COMPLETE WITH YOU PAST!

The design of the Beyond Freedom Journal is to journal one full page everyday (that is both sides

of the page), not skipping a day for the next 90 days. The best time I find to journal is early in the

morning right when you get out of bed or late at night before you go to sleep.

I suggest you buy another journal so that you can continue to journal outside of your Beyond

Freedom Journal. Your Beyond Freedom Journal only has a two sided area for you to journal on

a single day. I find it useful to have a companion journal so that when you are inspired, you can

continue to write and write and write.

After a while you will clear many areas in your life that once were holding you back and you will

then start journaling about your dreams and what you are going to create in your life. This will put

more fire underneath you because you are now clear of limiting beliefs and you are focusing on

what you are going to create.

For some people journaling is the hardest thing to start doing. I'll let you in on a secret -- once you

start, you will not want to stop. You will start seeing how powerful you truly are. You will see how

the areas where you once have had road blocks in are being cleared and you will start making

decisions based on your dreams and not based on what you fear.

Workbook

Every day for the next 90 days you will be doing a workbook exercise.

The design of the program is that you spend 20-30 minutes a day journaling and doing a

workbook exercise. Some exercises may take you longer than 30 minutes. Those exercises you

will brake up into a few days.

Once you have finished all the exercises, start all over again and do them again and again until

you have completed the 90-day workbook exercise program. I find that it takes a few times of

going through the exercises to get the maximum results because as you go along in this program

your self-awareness expands. And as your self-awareness expands you are able to do the

exercises with more knowledge of yourself. This will inevitably result in you accessing deeper

layers of your personality and heightening your experience. And as your experience heightens

the impact of the exercises will be more profound.

The most important thing is for you to truly do the exercises. I always say do the exercises with

integrity. And what I mean by that is for you to not only read and write down what seems good

enough for you to get through them, but for you to contemplate and really give it all you got. Do

the exercises like your life depends on them. Break the "good enough" pattern you might have

going and give those exercises your best shot. After all, you are the one who will be getting the

benefits. Do it for yourself.

For example, in the exercise where you are to write the 101 things you want to accomplish in your

life, don't just write down what may seem nice or you think you could do, or what other people

want you to do. Instead, really think and be honest with yourself, and ask yourself what is it that

you really want to accomplish from now until you leave this earth. Let your desires come to the

surface.

In the exercise where you are to call people who have had a positive impact in your life - really

call them. It's a magic! You and the person who you call will have a wonderful experience.

All the exercises are there for a reason. Do them again and again and your expectations on what

you are able to accomplish will grow, and you will get in touch with how powerful you truly are.
